Hello everyone, as promised here are the last layouts I have made to bash (use up) my Heidi Swapp ‘Wolf Pack’ paper pad. I finished these in August and have shared them on some of my FB groups, my apologies if you have already viewed them. I’m going, to be honest, I just wanted to get them done! So, I cheated and used inspiration from elsewhere, deciding to follow the layout instructions from the Simple Cut Creations YouTube channel.
Simple Cut Creations provides videos of quick and easy page construction for single and double-page layouts. I went with single pages, as I like to put a pocket page for my second layout to hold excess photos. The tutorial I followed was for creating layouts with the Carta Bella ‘Let it Snow’ collection. You end up with 6 layouts to which you add your own photos. There is a tutorial for using the Heidi Swapp ‘Wolf Pack’ Collection but it is for double-page layouts.
So, here is what I ended up with. I did add extra embellishments from my stash, these small bits and pieces are mostly from the Kaisercraft company. I still love the versatility of this collection, you can create layouts to meet almost any occasion, event or themed photo. I do have some scrap pieces left and two whole pages, so may make a couple more layouts in the future but for now, I’m calling it done!
*A little tip, if you are planning to have a go making some Simple Cut Creation layouts from the video tutorials. Watch it and pause it and take screenshots of each of the cutting diagrams. PDF instructions and cutting diagrams are not available. It’s also handy to screenshot the finished layouts for embellishment placement.
